Special From the Beginning

Of the numerous amenities offered at the Springs there is one that was intended to be special from the outset. Before the community and club broke ground, the founders had brought onto the project two greats in the game of golf. The first was a talented and renowned golf course architect named Desmond Muirhead. He was tasked with creating a golf course that was both beautiful and challenging to players of all levels of expertise. The second would become the first PGA Pro at the Springs Club. His name was Bob Goalby, the winner of the 1968 Masters.

With awesome views of the towering San Jacinto mountains as a backdrop The Springs Club provides a pleasurable challenge. Stately trees line the fairways, while sand, lateral water and lakes add to the beauty of the course while being strategically placed to enhance play. The course design is the kind that you will want to play again and again.

Hole Description:

The first hole is a short dogleg left par five with a well-placed bunker at the corner of the dogleg. Long hitters can cut the corner making it possible to go for this green in two and a chance at eagle.

Shorter hitters need to avoid the bunker and favor the left side of the fairway on their second shot. This will give them an open shot to the green and a chance at birdie.
